Floyd actually agreed to 50-50 in 2009, he didn't ask for 60-40. He asked for OSDT, which "killed" negotiations.

    Kevin Iole, Yahoo.

A contract sent on Dec. 11, 2009, by Golden Boy Promotions on behalf of Mayweather to Top Rank on behalf of Pacquiao proposed a 50-50 financial split between the sides for a fight that would have been held March 13, 2010.

Pacquiao's side declined the 2009 contract offer because Pacquiao objected to Mayweather's request for the drug testing.
The two sides had a contract drawn up that both sides that nearly got signed before Pacquiao balked at Mayweather's testing requirements.

60-40 was the most recent offer from Floyd. The 50-50 split/18 day cut off was off the table when Pacquiao/Arum decided to face Joshua Clottey in March 13th2010. I remember it like it was yesterday. ****** move by Top Rank, it was the best time to make the fight.

"Pacquiao did all he can. He did all I would have done. I think Mayweather just got a little too scared if you ask me.

pacquiao never lost any of his previous fights with marquez c'mon man, marquez may be a brilliant counter puncher but he lacks the finishing touches to end fights. i mean, when was the last time he knocked out anyone in the ring?

This is a lie! Floyd clearly said before the Mosley fight, that if he did much better numbers than Pac/Clottey, then Pac wouldn't get 50-50. Pac didn't agree to no cutoff(without going back and forth, or his team denying it somehow) until 2011 or 2012.

What's pathetic is that people like you can NEVER find a negative word to say about you GOD Pacquiao, overlook countless excuses from him and his team and place all the blame on Floyd. They are both at fault for not making the fight and I'm very sure neither was ever "afraid" of the other.
