If pacquiao loses again then theres no point for mayweather to make that fight, and he just lost an easy fight he was saying to add to his resume where people will even credit that as his best win of his career. no matter what the split is floyd didnt want this fight and he made no effort to make it happen, except for the bluffs and deal breakers maybe.

If he officially loses this fight, we won't need to be worried about what either party is getting paid.

What a surprise, someone from the Philippines believes Floyd never wanted the fight. I wont even get into that because I know its futile but Floyd said from the beginning 2009, take the test and give me 60/40. Through all the red tape in all these years 60/40 from Pac was never agreed upon and the testing issue was played with by Pac an his people to death. While Floyd has never changed his stance on testing....Manny and his Days, randomness, weeks, fear, blood, beliefs, superstition and it goes on and on until 2012 when he may have "agreed".

You may be right, but I believe that there is still a payday there for both. Im sure many will still want to see Manny get beat by Floyd or even some who still believe Manny has Floyds number.

did oscar's stock drop after losing over and over again? i don't remember mayorga getting 60-40 after hoya lost to hopkins. this is a fake issue that floydo's make up. pac is popular win or lose. floyd just doesn't want to fight him.

No shame in losing to Marquez.... he's already done it 3 times

He should get a 55/45 split

Mayweather knows how to play the victim. He'll say, "Well I'll get no credit if I fight Pacquiao now! I never get my credit!", you know how it works. Pacquiao's stock has been gradually declining, while Floyd is sitting back and allowing everyone to fight over him. Pacquiao losing to Marquez will make matters worse. I'm sure people will still want to watch it, but the match-up will have lost most of its significance by then. There's three potential match-ups if Pacquiao loses:
Pac/Marquez 5, Pac/Bradley 2, or Pac/Rios. Remember that the TR/GBP bullshit also plays a role in whether this fight happens or not.

The boxing fan inside me loves and hates Pac/Mayweather simultaneously, biggest match-up of this era goes down the drain because of their ******ity.

@ the thought of mayweather/pacquiao still being interesting. the fight's two years too late. well three if it were to happen in 2013.

Oscar DeLaHoya "The Golden Boy. The winner of a gold medal in the Olympics!?

Did you just compare Hoya and Mayorga to Mayweather and Pacquiao?

Pacs popularity in numbers are questionable...We all know of Arums numbers game but anyway this isnt a popularity contest because half of Floyds PPV numbers are people that dont like him (but this might be too deep for you).

I agree with everything. If Floyd thorws Pac a bone and fights him, beats him, He will get no credit from his haters.....they will say Floyd caught him on the decline. Then Pac will beat someone like Rios and they will eat their words.
