dereck chisora doesn't get enough credit...

this guy is someone you want on every card. he got a little ricardo mayora in him with all the trash talking & shenighans, he is so much like frans botha in the sense he will come fearlessly straight after you from the opening bell. he has a marginal skill set which leaves him in every fight substantially outgunned by his opponent but he can take a punch & is very strong. against bigger HWs like helenius, fury & vitali he was not pushed around by any of them as he held strong in the trenches inside & was able to push all of them back. his clear lack of speed if what hurts him vs smaller & faster heavyweights. that is what makes haye so dangerous to go along with his knockout power. chisora is a solid gatekeeper & fringe contender. i want to see him fight guys like sam peter, chris arreola, travis walker, stiverne & solis who are all B level fringe contenders but are evenly matched. those are fights i want to see. imagine the promotion tour & press conference with a arreola\chisora fight. a fight with any of those guys i listed would be good fights to see.

I don't think Chisora's speed is that bad, it is compared to Haye's though. He lacks power but works the body well, great chin and good defence. Stamina isn't amazing but nor is it really an issue and he comes to fight.

He's not in it for the money, he wants the big fights and I hope he does return. But I predicted, before the Helenius fight, that he'd end up being passed around like a cum slut and the losses will affect his confidence. I haven't heard anything about a ring return, would be good to see him on Frank's 15th December card.

I like Chisora a lot, but he's under-developed in some areas. His inexperience is why Haye beat him imho. Haye was able to exploit Del Boy's physical disadvantages and he simply didn't have an answer, didn't have the skill-set to overcome it. Even the KO sequence was laughable to me, cuz he put himself in SUCH a ******ly vulnerable position and Haye made him pay for it. I don't question his toughness, but I question his discipline.

after the haye fight warren said he was making chisora take a few months off. name a heavyweight who fought tougher competition the last few years. he fought 3 of the top heavyweights in the world in his last 3 fights & even his fight with fury has to be considered good competition. he got wins over danny williams & sam sexton which shows he's well above domestic level. i'm sure he will be back in 2013 stirring up trouble.

          He has ADHD I think?

Or some form of attention disorder/mental issue which is why he's such a character. He's been disciplined since the Fury loss and has come in a completely different fighter ever since. Hopefully he keeps it up.

Chisora said he'll be back in December, and Frank Warren said he'd put Chisora in with David Price in 2013.

i'd like to see the price fight but i'd actually like to see him fight neven pajkic. doubt that would happen but pajkic is a poor mans botha. same style but less power & experience. he beat all the usual journeymen at his level so he has to be considered a C+ in my eyes. he would be a good fight to break himself back in with. i wish more guys would try & fight him. he beat firtha, gavern & raphael butler which have made their rounds around fighting stiff competition. he has a fan friendly style & all his fights(i got most of them)are pretty good scraps...
