that is one thing we do agree one... i think lara or anybody that doesnt stand in front of him and get hit can beat him. if williams had anything left it would have been great... if kirkland was healthy i think it wouldve been great.... i think ortiz who is big for ww would have been really good too... canelo shyed away from none of those dangerous matches. none of them falling thru was his fault. i dont think he ducks lara i think gbp wont match them... and they shouldnt unless they want canelo to lose. vanes only happens as a mandatory with a purse bid... he can call out who he wants.. hes still with top rank.with the exception of trout who was considered, k9, and maybe molina i dont see many top names that were free at that time and this is a business and none of those fighters were gonna draw a crowd. atleast lopez was coming off an impressive win.

I do understand it is a business but it have some rules, one of those rules is that the champion have to fight rank fighters from his own weight class, not now, the alphabet soups are makeng $h1t up as they see fit and fill their pockets, common they are keeping fighters that are putting the work down and we can't say $h1t, GBP have to do what's best for his client and i know canelo is one of them, but he shouldn't do it by keeping Lara down because after all he have to do good by him, he is his promoter and by not doing it we have a conflicting interests

So they gonna feed him easy fights until he lands a big money fight vs Floyd, Pac, Martinez, or Cotto. He's gonna get beat either way, so they wanna get the most money out of him. If GBP realistically thought Canyellow was the real deal he would have faced at least 2 of these guys already.
