Ignore the obvious....Wlad jumps on you like a 7 foot spider whenever you get close to him. He should be penalized for excessive holding.

I'm sorry. I just rewatched Wladimir vs Haye. Why all the blame on Haye?

And after all of that tough talk he flops on the floor every 2 seconds in an attempt to get points taken away. He is also stupid enough to think people will believe that a broken pinky toe on the rear foot that has been anaethetised before a fight explains an 8-point loss.

Haye talked **** for years and backed out of several fights before finally getting into the ring with wlad. All of this talk about KOing wlad and all of his supporters going on about a young heavyweight who wasnt fat and had good speed and KO power who wasnt "boring" because he "took risks" (and talked trash).... and when the fight finally happened Haye ran on the outside and didnt even try to win and came up with one of the lamest excuses in history.
He was supposed to take risks and be explosive and blah blah blah. Wlad already was getting the criticism for being boring BEFORE the fight, so why would he get much more after?

I know its a very very risky strategy but what Haye realistically needed to do to win was be aggressive utilize his speed and power land something solid early hurt Wlad in rds 1-3 not let him get into his normal rhythm and keep him on the back foot where he is ineffective.
Wlad always looks shaky to me early on before he knows he is effectively imposing his style, and Haye never in reality had more than a slim punchers chance early in the fight.
