I dont think it matters. Chris Byrd dont stand a chance anywhere, and as for Brewster, whoever wins, it aint gonna be decided on the scorecards. Besides, Brewster knows he'll lose just about every round(barring a kd), he's lookin for a KO

I think I'd still rank the US as tops, with Vegas, but Germany (where do they normally fight? Berlin?) is close behind, with Manchester not far behind either.

I wouldn't put Germany as second to the US, as Germany is far too corrupt to even refer to as a boxing mecca, what with their scorecards as meticulously preplanned as a WWE result, and using bribed referees to give the advantage to their fraudulent fighters.

brewster doesn't care, he is a real champ and will fight anyone anywhere. As for Bryd i'm sure he won't fight there. I don't see anyone other that Toney being able to desicion Wlad, atleast brewster has the ablilty to KO Wlad

Why would either champion agree to going to Germany, especially after what just happened to Ruiz last week? I want to know what's going on. Surely Byrd isn't ******ed enough to fight over there. Brewster might because if you KO the guy in Germany, at least you get a draw.
Because this is where Don King wants it!
Wlad is a contender and will fight anywhere the fight takes place. King wants to generate more money and he can do so by having the fight in Germany

then you should probably remember a long long long time ago back about a billion years ago when don king took his boy john ruiz to germeny to defend his title and lost in controversial fashion.

There's many instances of US fighters getting favorable cards and refs in the US. Did you happen to catch the Lacy-Reid fight earlier this year? Schultz-Foreman, Lewis-Holyfield, Golota-Byrd/Ruiz all had US fighters getting a huge benefit of the doubt on the cards...that's just right off the top of my head- I'm sure there are tons more if I sat and thought about it. It happens everywhere, but with some of the Ottke stuff that was so blatant, everything in Germany gets more attention. The US is just as bad as anywhere with the ridiculous cards and favoritism.

Couldn't have said it better myself.

I hope Brewster goes over and KO's him.

King and Ruiz were having problems anyway and Ruiz was planning on leaving king also. Ruiz losing to Valuev did not hurt king because he has promotional rights on Valuev's next four fights something Valuev's camp granted him, however Wlad will never do that so that is why the risk of having the fight take place in Germany is a large one for king.

I'd agree somewhat. The US has its corrupt side, but it has never really had a fighter like Ottke who wasn't allowed to lose.

I'm fairly neutral in the US vs Germany corruption debate anyway. At least over here in Britain the worst decisions are draws (Harrison-Polo, Nelson-Jones). Hell we even rob our fighters out of titles (Woods-Johnson 1, Woods had a good knockdown on Johnson ruled a slip).

All countries have their corruption, but the Germans are the worst.
