I like the idea its cool these two had three competitive fights together I don't know why fans are hating or maybe I do know they wanna see mayweather pac but anyone who follows this sport knows its not going to happen robinson and lamotta fought 5 or 6 times and they were all awesome and we all know this one will be just as competitive.

Actually its not even for THIS decade, it's for the last decade.

Typically when we talk about decades, such as the 80's, 90's, 60's etc, what we mean are the years from XXX0 to XXX9, so the 80's would be 1980-1989, the 90's are 1990 - 1999 and etc.

So when the WBO says that Manny and Juan are their greatest champions of the past decade, and that this fight is for 'the fighter of the decade', you could interpret this as the trophy fight for last decade...2000-2010.
