What you think of this prospect?

    Khalid Yafai, 4-0 3 K.Os

Here is his last fight against 5-1 Scott Gladwin, hes back on the Froch vs Mack undercard and they want him out again before Christmas.

I think hes a great talent.

I think you've found one to watch.

Loving that body attack, especially considering he's a relative newb.

Did he have any amateur experience that you know of? I don't really know how to find an amateur record

Been big on Kal for a while now.

I hope he's fighting for titles next year.

I want to know what's happening with Iain Weaver...

this kid sure has fire in him. has a good one two down the pike and great footwork. sound fundamentals shifting upstairs & down. does beautiful body shots but occassionaly leaves a tiny window open after he throws the right. i'd like to see the stamina especially the chin tested. but overall he's got it. time will tell

He's a 2008 Olympian that stayed in the ams to try for London 2012, and got squeezed out in a box-off by another very good amateur in Andrew Selby. So yeah, Yafai has the pedigree. It looks like he has good power for 122 as well, so I'd pick him to do well in the pros

                  - Had to withdraw from Beijing due to injury.
                  - 2010 Silver medal at European championships
                  - Lost out on 2012 Olympics against Andrew Selby.
                  - Last 8 of the 2011 world championships
                  - His style is definitely suited more to the pro ranks then amateurs.

Don't have an exact record but he was one of our best and him not qualifying for the 2012 Olympics is only a testament to how good Selby is.
