I was expecting massive swelling and maybe a cut or 2. A little bruising under the eyes is nothing.

WTF? Someone posts a suspect picture of Wilder after a workout saying it means Wlad beat the **** out of him and you guys eat it up without question? Holy **** you guys are gullible.

I'm sure Wilder would get battered if Wlad would really go in but that pic don't prove a damn thing SMH.

I'm surprised there are actually many that are high on Wilder and thinks he can do some damage in the HW division. Yes he's very athletic but I don't see anything special about him whatsoever. I'm not sure he'll even be able to beat a B list fighter.

so long as he shows up for the next one this is good news as far as i am concerned.

getting the sh#t beat out of him is what he needs right now. so long as it's not going to take anything out of him this is probably a good thing.

i'd be a lot more impressed if they put him in there (in his pro fights,) with somebody who can go rounds with him, though. just saying..
This is what I was thinking. If he can't get some rounds in in his fights, might as well get them in during sparring. But damn, that's a hell of a sparring. I guess his face shows it's not used to taking a beating, Wlad is breaking it in.

                Good stuff tho.

Wlad sees enough in him to hire him as a sparring partner. That should tell you something.

I don't think anyone would be surprised by that.

Deontay has a lot of work to do if he wants to even sniff at Wlad's level

That's because of how much sparring you do in comparison to professional fights, not the sparring itself.

This work he getting with Wlad is better work than 1st round KO's of fat out of shape club fighters.
