Earned it? The guy won a bastardised version of a title against one of the worst champs in recent memory in one of the worst fights in recent memory.

Why do you care so much where the fight takes place anyway? I bet you weren't so outraged when Kessler came to Oakland to defend his title against Ward.

Now Alexander took over that role, so damn ****ty.

There's no doubt in my mind Brook would UD Alexander and probably knock him down once in the process.

The Super 6 had it's own setup and negotiations before the tournament even started. It was a special case.

Yes, Alexander did earn his belt. He beat beat Marcos Maidana in a one-sided fight to get the title shot then beat boring ass Bailey. As champion he is the shot caller now not Kell Brook.

He wants the belt doesn't he? Well guess what, the belt holder lives in the USA not in England.

He was both guys' first fight at 147 so how exactly were/did they qualify for a title shot?

Yes they had negotiations and Kessler agreed to travel to Oakland to defend against Ward.

I wanna know why it matters to you so much where its held - it really shouldn't. The only place that should be ruled out is St Louis. Anywhere else whether its here or there is fair game.

Make it happen. Only way its going to sell is in the UK or St. Louis though. Unless they stack the undercard or deliver the fight in a package it like they did this past Saturday.

So how does he 'go and get the belt' if he knows he is going to get stiffed by the judges?

The Matthysse and Kotelnik fights were close, no one got stiffed.

That Carson Jones fight was close too. I never said Jones got robbed. I said, there's a big difference in competition. A close fight with Matthyse is an achievement compared to a close fight with Jones. I saw the Jones fight and they gave Brook "boxing" points for avoiding the fight. Carson was practically running after him. If running for dear life is schooling, yeah, Brook schooled him alright.

Ive never seen Brook fight and ive been looking out for him for like a yr.
You haven't seen Kell Brook fight and you've been looking for him? Go search for him on youtube. He's the real thing. And it can be quite hard if you don't have a name in America. The Ghost has a name, fought some decent opponents - of course he's likely to jump the queue. I agree the IBF is probably the easiest route, but when he gets that belt he is looking at some blockbuster fights. He's not your average guy, this Kell Brook. He could be special.
