Alexander is right, Brook is still levels below him until proven otherwise. I don't think he'll vacate and they'll probably meet spring of next year.

Then we get to see how Brook really is, because so far, not impressed.

Devon is not only one of the least entertaining fighters in the world, but he also talks like a total idiot. Brook would beat the crap out of Devon, not even difficult.

I think Devon is right that Brook has to prove himself. I think posters who feel that proof will come when they fight have a real good point. This dude will give Devon all he can handle.

Watch any of Brook's fights and you'll see some fighting, as opposed to his own so called fights in which the boo's are the most memorable part of the night.

Devon = Jab, hold, run away, stand and look at opponent for 30 seconds, hold, throw pitty-pat punches and scream to make them sound good, cry 'it burns, it burns' and quit....either that or just lose and let the judges give you the win.

Alexander and his team are fooling themselves if they think he's some type of big draw or future superstar. He has an awful style, he's been in a big HBO disaster against Bradley. So what is there to lose? Alexander will never be a superstar. Why not go and try and upset Brook in his hometown?
              Not for his 1st defense........

Devon wants no part of Bradley, NONE.....

Yeah he was beaten about for a bit, but no way did Jones win the fight only blinded Americans would say so. He gassed out, learned his lesson and you saw what happened at the weekend. He will take that title one way or the other and if Alexander has the balls, he'll go to UK and make some money whilst doing so. None of the big channels in the US would be interested in PPV, therefore Sky is the logical choice. Also, in a sell out arena it's a no brainer really. But I predict Alexander will vacate and Brook will rematch another IBF ranked bum for the title.
              Put it on Epix........

I don't care for how he or anyone fights, whatever works for that person. But you cannot deny Alexander has proven himself a level much further than where Brook is at now.

I really don't know why people think Brook is going to beat Alexander so easily.

I'm not sure he has proven very much at all as when he has been put in with very good fighters - Bradley, Kotelnik and Matthyse he has come up way short. I see Brook beating him with relative ease because he has all the tools to beat him and seems to have realised that he cant do things in half measures in training and downtime.

Sure, he hasnt won a world title yet, but he will...especially if he is matched with alexander.

These UK boxers get a large following by crushing tomato cans or beating C-class fighters and then suddenly they start thinking they can make demands.

If you want the world champion's belt then come over here and take it. Why should Devon go over there to defend his title?
