The difference between Morales and Berto was VADA Testing. VADA seems to be the most reliable testing so far. But also with Berto, Ortiz decided not to fight him. With Morales, Garcia decided to go through with the fight. If Ortiz chose to fight Berto despite Berto's positive test, there would be no double standard.

Both fighters are proven to be dirty anyway. And I don't buy the "contaminated Mexican red meat" B.S. If that was true, Morales (living & training in Mexico) would've tested positive multiple times already throughout his career!!!
