i like the kid. i think he's a fun fighter.

he's not going to be a great, or perhaps even a very good, but he's going to play a part in a terrific MW division over the next few years.

Yea he was gassed, especially by the 9th

He was lucky with those 12th round KDs because otherwise i thought he would lose

apart from the knockdowns, i thought it was a pretty crap performance from quillin. he literally stopped punching for 5 rounds straight. n'dam controlled the fight early and got back in control until the last 2 knockdowns. if he had any legs, he would've won the fight.

That's how Quillin fights though - he's a patient fighter. He did gas in the later rounds though, but he obviously finished big.

N'dam showed a lot of heart. He deserves a lot of credit he's a good fighter.

Bring on Quillin vs Martinez (but we all know martinez won't take it) so Quillin vs Golovkin is the next best thing.

oh calm down you're not a boxing psychic. Calling the winner of a fight is a 1 out of 2 chance.

He won the WBA World Middleweight title in 2010 and is ranked #5 in the division by Ring Magazine.

HASSAN FOUGHT LIKE A WARRIOR WITH THE HEART OF A TRUE CHAMPION! What fight did you see? If Quillin doesn't knock him down 6 times, N'Dam retains his belt. Quillin - N'dam lived up to its expectation and was the FIGHT OF THE NIGHT.

In the 10th round Quillin definitely ran out of gas. But like a TRUE CHAMPION survived and continued to; as he says; "prey" on his opponent. And even out of gas he knocked N'Dam down twice in the 12th round. PETEY IS PURE POWER.

And you're wrong about him being an ""OK FIGHTER." Whether you like him or not, PETER "THE KID CHOCOLATE" QUILLIN IS A CHAMPION!!!
Don't bother, this "prince" will hate anything that smells Cuban and will dismiss any accomplisment by them, now Canelo is a p4p fighter even thought he is ducking the whole JMW division

Pirog got stripped for trying to unify with GG, then got hurt. NDam was only interim champ for 3 months, having weaseled his way into the interim shot. He never defended wbo interim or regular, Lorenzo was a defense of wba interim. But NDam did good both taking the fight and last night, impressive showing by both.

If you remember there was a another corn rolled fighter from Uganda who had many good fights even after a loss. Hell I got tired of hearing Ouma's story. He went on to fight Taylor, Martirosyan, Bundrage and went ten with Golovkin. Attacking fighters that lack power are always a hot ticket.

You will see what Maravilla and GGG will do to him, especially GGG, wow he will demolish him...I cant wait...OH and your Kid Chocolate spars with Vanes alot at WildCard, judgin by your pic i think that is where you at? I know for a fact Vanes taps that ass and get best of him....Skill wise Quilliin is OK, if his Cardio gets better and his footwork than he can and maybe be in the level of the best at his division..
I see it this way. If Abraham and Jr can have a sustained career at 160 then Quillin will be just fine against the rest at 160. People are really acting like middle weight is some great division. Its really a very green division and that makes it wide open for them all including Quillin.
