Actually, Pirog didn't want to fight Ndam. Said he got injured falling on some ice.

Somehow he ended up fighting someone else a few weeks later though.

Negotiations for Golovkin and N'Dam to fight were organised as of a year ago. Much before Pirog was scheduled to fight GGG.

Yep, this is why N'Dam is fighting for the WBO title and not the WBA title.

NDam was GIVEN the WBO belt. Literally. This fight is not even for a vacant belt, it was given to the dude.

I don't see why not...it is what it is.....you get dropped after the first KD, you are already catching a break by only losing 1 additional point instead of 2.
