HBO wouldn't televise Klitschko fights overseas often because they didn't want to do a split site commentary or send their crew abroad.

This fight isn't a big profile fight and they certainly won't for it. I'd be absolutely shocked if HBO picked this up if it were in Venezuela.

HBO doesn't pick up the Klit fights not because it's overseas but because of the time difference. HBO/Showtime/etc. simply don't do boxing in the daytime, it never does good ratings.

The time difference in Venezuela wouldn't be a problem. HBO has no problem sending crews to Mexico for example. It all boils down to time.

But with that said, yeah obviously if HBO has Donaire or any other top name they're not going to pick up this "Friday Night Fights" quality of a fight.

We'll know in a week or so whether Vitali is retiring or not.

If he loses the election and doesn't retire, Arreola-Stiverne won't be for the title.

In the fights I've seen of Stiverne it seems he has some talent and terrible stamina. He's a lot more far along technique wise than say Seth Mitchell.
