I would really enjoy putting Ali vs Wlad. I think it would be an entertaining fight.

I don't think I said anything disrespectful. The post I quoted said that todays fighters had worse technique than old school fighters. I just provided an example of a fighter - one that seems to have flown over your head - from the golden age of Heavyweight boxing that had much worse technique than todays heavyweights. He was talking about Dempsey, Frazier and Ali in the opening post, not Foreman or Liston. And I don't really believe light heavyweights or cruiserweights like Dempsey, Marciano or Ali were hitting harder than today's top heavyweights. And I just believe Wlad is one of the hardest hitters in boxing history (so does Emanuel Steward).

The truth is there are no FACTS that show this, your arguing his opinion with your opinion so don't say "Guess your "opinion" is worth more than facts."

He did that when he was fighting three dudes one after another. Once.

Ali happened to be in the audience, with his belt.

Foreman was show-boating all night, dancing, throwing insults and looks at Ali (who was commentating) during the fight

and used a cross armed defense so bad no fighter since has ever used it.

The cross armed defense is great for defending your head when your reactions are too slow to even bother trying to defend everywhere.

Foreman happened to only use that style during his comeback when he was an old man, tutored by Archie Moore. Another dude who used that style in his advanced age.
