Rios beats Garcia, too resilient, too durable. Mind you I like Danny, but I don't know whether he can take the kind of punishment Rios would lash out on him, which is a lot in my opinion, the same question doesn't need to be asked to Rios. Will Rios get inside? Yes, will Rios get the better of him in close? Of course, can't see Danny winning. Garcia is durable though, took Holt's punches very well but Rios will hit him a lot more than Holt did.

Garcia is the best puncher at 140 and has more skills and discipline than rios

Danny doesn't box though, I don't know where people are getting this idea, he likes to stand within punchers' range and counter/ punch with his opponents, that's how he operates. He's extremely dangerous because he operates like that, but Rios has proven time and time again that he's very resilient. To me it comes down to whether or not Garcia can handle Rios' constant pressure. Brandon mixes his attack up very well and Garcia's defense is still leaky.

Rios would beat him. A past prime Morales was very close of stopping Garcia.

Garcia, Peterson, and Matthysse all have the tools to beat Rios. That doesn't mean they all would beat Rios but I think all three would beat Alvarado. Rios chin has a great but has been hurt badly from body shots against Acosta and early in his career against Joel Ortega. Lucas and Lamont do great to the body and would take a lot of the stream off of Rios's punches IMO.
Don't get me wrong Rio's looked great last night but Alvarado's biggest wins are against Herrera and Prescott, good fighters but exactly the best at 140. And Alvarado took a beating in the fight against Prescott.
