Once JMM beats Pac...who you got in Marquez vs. Rios?

Mathysse would murder Marquez and Rios would beat him.

Marquez would get suckered into a macho/machismo/mano y mano/mexican warrior trading match with Rios and lose miseralby at it. He'll have his moments like everyone does against Rios, but Rios would be to much for him.

If Diaz and Katsidis gave JMM a run several years ago, Rios would beat him and possibly get him out of there.

I've been saying this for about a year now. I hope this fight gets made. The only one beating Rios is Mathysse right now. That's just the way it is.

I don't even like Rios because of his mouth FFS, but I'm not going to be oblivious to how effective his style is and how that type of style has been known to give Marquez problems.

People act like Marquez was never bloodied and hurt against Diaz several years ago; or Katsidis didn't almost get him out of there when he dropped him several years ago From reading these posts, I would think that I'm in 2004 or 2005 or something....

Oh wait, Marquez would thrash Rios just because he has Pacquiao's number and can beat Pac as if Rios and Pac have the same type of style

Guys don't listen to BoxingGenius27 until it's too late and the fights over with my prediction being right... Eventually it will start setting in lol

You have to remember that 90% of NSB thinks pressure fighters have no skill, and that the boxer will always beat the brawler. They don't think "styles makes fights" applies in any way other than "the boxer wins because he boxes."

ive always said that Rios stops him just how Juan Diaz was a bit successful against Marquez, i see Rios bullying him into a lil inside fight, but Diaz would overwhelmed fighters with a lot of punches unlike Rios he has power n also punches in bunches in a short distance that he dont waste so much energy, i see him stopping like ive always have said, but Marquez is a warrior also so its a very interesting match

With all the supposedly knowledgable boxing fans on this site, I just don't see how this isn't transparent? Mathysse and Rios are horrible matchups for Marquez regardless of if Marquez can beat Pac or not. It's clear as a glass of spring water. I just don't get these responses sometimes

IDK, maybe I give NSB more credit than they deserve. It's times (rare) when I see responses that make sense. But then it's time when I'm like WTH are you people talking about?

i agree with you n not only how they analyze these fights but also how they talk about fighters characters, im 23 n i still remember the la chuiquita Gonzalez vs Michael Carbajal n since then ive been watching boxing seems to me im posting in website of new fans

Good stuff right here..Rios is a more skilled then Kats imo...I also believe Rios hits way harder then both Juan and Kats...Marquez lack of movement(head and foot)will come back to bite him if these two(Marquez and Rios)ever did meet...

And most importantly Rios has a much better chin than either Diaz or Katsidis. This wouldn't be easy for JMM at all.
