this ain't a us v uk v east europe or black v white debate or whatever people might try and make it so lets forget all that crap

the original post is true. price has proven in his last few fights that he's at least a good contender who can punch. and it's true that a good HW with a good punch who is 6'8 and has good muscle mass and speed could probably knock out any human being on Earth if he caught them clean. what's to debate about that?

Spot on, he looks promising compared to most recent heavyweight prospects as of recent, he'd have trouble landing those shots against the best in the world but if he did it would most likely have the same effect, he should fight Fury next, good fight for him and for us.

like the klitschkos he is one of the rare breed of exceptionally tall fighters who has excellent conditioning and doesnt look like a basketball player being forced into boxing simply due to their size (yes I mean you you Julius Long and Valuev!). He's a technically proficient boxer who has the advantage of being gigantic. he needs to prove his chin and if he proves he can take a good crack from a decent world ranked HW then it's time to get excited

I love his arrogance, and he's right!

              Time for a Klitschko!

he reminded me of old Wlad----- nervous / cautious . no head movement--- pawing annoying jab.... but Wlad seems to have learned footwork over the years.

Didnt that video remind you of a young Wlad ?

Im still not sold on Price....he sure didnt have to do ANYTHING in this fight..

Id like to see Wilder - Price.....THAT would be interesting

When is Maloney going to put Price in with a live opponent? 45 y/o Skelton up next. Another waste of space fight that will tell nobody anything. This is just the Frank Bruno/Haye template British boxing hype machine all over again. Fight C and D class guys and get a title shot.

Yes, Price looked good, but against what kind of opposition? This 'fight' was no better/more relevant than Povetkin-Rahman.
Price vs Fury is the British fight to make, and then let's take it from there.
