Thats not how the business works. Canelo pulls MONEY, BIG MONEY! Those fighters will NOT do the numbers that a Canelo fight brings in against them. Lara/Vanes/Trout, not even Cotto does Canelo numbers.

Mayweather took a beating by Dela Hoya, walked away from a $25m rematch, was rocked by Zab Judah when he was younger and in his prime, almost stopped in two by a 40 year old Shane Mosley, got drug into a street fight with Cotto, who bloodied Floyd, and made him fight every round. Floyd doesn't like getting hit and doesnt take a punch well. Camelo would stop Floyd inside 5 rounds as well. But to all the little Floyd fans out there, Floyd would NEVER fight Canelo; he won't fight Pacquiao now, who he's made wait for more than 4 years! Floyd would be fun, and he can say he lost to the best p4p( on most lists, even though I dont have him as the top anymore) at 22 or what ever. But Martinez would hurt him, possably really demoralize him. Ruining his chances for a big money fights with Maybe Chavez if Chavez isnt fighting cruiserweight by then. Cotto is his only chance for a non beating. Cotto knows how to lose a big fight and has limitations, still think he wins though.
