With the change in trainers hopefully khan and manny can fight at 147. I think thats the fight Khan needs because he'd be forced to fight smart or get KTFO.
I see what you mean but the problem I'd have here is, its going to be hard enough for Khan to remain disciplined to box and learn how to defend himself against anyone decent, never mind against a hard-hitting southpaw who throws shots awkward angles.

Same old story from Amir and it will always be the same result - He will never rise to be a World Class Elite Fighter. Sure he looks good in the ring but once he gets tagged....he's KTFO!

I really hope Hunter doesn't ruin Khan. Win or lose I always enjoy watching Khan, if Hunter turns him into a boring fighter like Ward I'll be pissed

It's not that he's got no chin--he can take a punch or two--it's that he's got no brain. A guy with his advantages in size and speed should just sit back and pop/pop/pop and, when the guy is cut up, then go for the knockout.

it's funny when he said he's main style is being a boxer and using his brain and stuff.

Amir Khan is a joke, he's winning the fight but he's ego is so big it has weakened his chin so bad

true but khan needs to learn defense and a fight with manny will make him learn quick.

So What Klown, I Mean Kahn! Now Fight Pacquiao Winner Take All!

Khan is a cry baby, always talking about how he's been done wring, how Freddie didn't give him enough attention and so on. Well if we look at Khan's last 4 or 5 fights on the Main Event stage, he hasn't done to well, hasn't dominated anyone, and last I checked, was recently knocked out. Your trainer trains you, then you must do your part in the ring. You didn't, won't be accountable, and blame others. If you don't know how to fight by now, get out of the sport. And until you start dominating and knocking out credible opponents, shut up.

A big named trainer isn't going to have just one fighter, he's going to have many fighters in the gym. Look at Robert Garcia, he's no different.

Khan wants to be The Man in the gym and it's unlikely with a big named trainer. Saying all that, I think Hunter will be good for him though because he's a disciplinarian and will get the best out of Khan. I personally don't think Roach was the problem though.
                  Good post.

He's gets more than most. Guerrero is a distant 2nd.

Then he gets Freddie Roach again and says he is an offensive fighter and not defensive.
