    Thoughts on Terry Flannigan?

The British Prizefighter winner has had an amazing two weeks!

He beat a very useful Troy James for the British super featherweight title.
    Two weeks later...
He then went up in weight, winning Prizefighter beating the likes of Patrick Walsh & former British champions in Derry Matthews, Gary Sykes.

And he has only just turned 23! Bare in mind, hes still a kid, still maturing and finding his way.

Seems too lack power but hes got tools, tall southpaw with a good boxing brain, despite being thick as two planks. Very impressed with his workrate!

I think in a few years when he gets more experience and develops his man-power, he could be pretty good. IMO he does everything quite well & I love how he listened to his cornerman. Everything he said, he went out and did word for word!

Have been tracking him & Farrell for a while now, I believe the latter is the better prospect. Flannigan did well to win Prizefighter but his victories don't speak much when they were 3 round fights.

I think the confidence off Prizefighter should propel him into a tough match-up with one of the contestants in a 10 rd fight, then we get to see what he's really made of.

His record is deceiving of his power and once he fills out some more I can see him venturing to lightweight. Needs to strike whilst the iron is hot though.
