Mares, Moreno, and Donaire are all cowards until they stop ducking Rigondeaux!

I really don't think it's completely unrealistic if they all want it. Vanes and Lara are fighting, both from TR and GBP.
If Donaire beats Nishioka, he needs to fight the Mares/Moreno winner or Rigondeaux. Those are the only two options that make sense for him that would be left at 122.Comment

Donaire vs. the winner of mares/moreno would be THE superfight in the division, though the most exciting, action packed fight would definitely be donaire vs mares.Comment

The only way that feud will end is if the fighters insist on fighting each other. So I want to hear from the Mares/Moreno winner and Donaire that they want to fight each other. Make it clear, that's a fight they want.Originally posted by SoggyLungsi expect moreno to beat mares by ud...no point in mares calling out donaire since donaire is with top rank and he is with gbp.Comment

Moreno-Donaire was close to happening before so theres no reason it couldn't again.Comment

Just looked it up. He rejected the Donaire fight because of the money.
According to reports in Panama, World Boxing Association (WBA) bantamweight champion Anselmo "Chemito" Moreno (30-1, 10KOs) has rejected an offer to face WBC/WBO champion Nonito Donaire (26-1, 18KOs) on May 28 at the Boardwalk Hall in Atlantic City. Moreno's agent, Roberto Grimaldo, was informed by the boxer than offer of $300,000 is insufficient. The message came through Chemito's wife.
He signed with Golden Boy in August that same year.

I think he had a deal with them where he would make a quarter million per fight for 4 fights or something like that. I can't find anything to back that up though. I remember being hard on him about it, but it was the right choice because GB had most the talent at 118.Comment
