MINNIE DRIVER will never invite a man to spar with her in the boxing ring - because she's terrified she'd leave him writhing in pain.
The sporty actress-turned-singer admits she regularly trades punches in the gym to unleash the pent up anger inside of her.
But she fears a male opponent would give her an excuse to go really wild - with potentially damaging consequences.
She says, "I box as a sport, but I would never box with a man.
"I'm not afraid of getting hurt. Quite the opposite: I'm afraid that I would get carried away and hurt the guy."

...damn, and I like her too. I think I Just lost a little respect for her. One of the female basketball coaches(I forget who it was) tells a story about how she thought that the college women she coached could hang with male college hoopsters. She thought that for a long time until she assisted a male coach one summer and realized the huge differences in recovery speed, strength, leaping ability, etc. etc. etc. Well duh lady, what the hell did you expect.Comment

a lady is still a lady, no matter what, if she is Chyna or Terra Reid, she is still soft under all that and could get hurt very easyComment

Yeah...some women are just a little delusional.
I have a good friend who is a great chick and fine as hell.
She trains and is quite serious about it and she's a pretty big lady. She would always kid around about kicking men's asses and even said she thought she could take me.
I told her that she could bring the best woman boxer in the world and I, a 50 year old man with health probs out the yang, would kill her if I hit her in the head repeatedly. She always said I was dreaming till she saw me get into it with a drunk one night in a club. She said that I had scared her with my savageness.
And there it is in a nutshell, I suppose.Comment
