i really wanna think that promoters get some sort of commission from hotel owners if you choose their place to stage a fight that's why arum hated floyd's guts last year for choosing the venue. now he doesn't wanna get outdone so he made an early booking for next year.

It's like reserving a corner booth at Nobu compared to making reservations at Burger King. May 5th (Nobu) You could convince anyone to go with you pretty much... April 20th Burger King on the other hand, your options are a lot more limited... you figure it out.

it's still the same s'hit...there's no known opponent nor any negotiations with any fighter to reserve a date and venue. besides, if pac is available to fight may 5th why would arum choose to reserve apr 20th?

BA: We want the fight underwater so that all the deep sea creatures could see the biggest fight in Boxing history.

KJ: That would be great, the fight would get a bigger gate revenue in attendance that way, more money for everyone. How will fishes pay?

BA: The fishes will pay with leaves. They use leaves down here, I didn't even know that. That's their currency. The Coral Reefs, they have leaf type things there. That's what the fishes will pay us with. It's worth more than the Euro.

KJ: I never heard anything like that. That sounds interesting. How is the stadium going so far? I see you have your scuba diving suit on, where you checking it out?

BA: Yes, it is very interesting. But i'm actually lying about the fishes paying. But the Pacquiao fans are so gullible, they will buy in to it. They believe anything I say. Please cut this part out. And yes, I was just checking out the underwater stadium, that is actually true, but not the fish thing[laughs]. The stadium is coming along like I expected it.

The only person in the thread who said anything about Mannys elections were you, and you don't add any relevant points to it. Yes May-Pac will sell outside of Cinco, but the fact is it will sell MORE on it. Also like I posted earlier.... hes not campaigning april 20th? He only campaigns for a week then right? Maybe two? If that's how long you have to campaign to win an election the system is flawed worse then the American one. Point is Mayweather will fight on the day that makes him the most money, and it's not April 20th...
