Boxrec is decent but it doesn't tell the whole story. The guys you mentioned were the top guys at the time Chavez fought them. This is why he's rated so highly.

I know that man but Mosley was rated at the top when Floyd fought him... Enzo Mac was rated at the top when Haye fought him....
In our generation, once a fighter gets beat convincingly, he is exposed or done or whatever. I feel this didn't apply with Chavez's opponents?
