Arum and King obviously are NOT confident in their fighters so no belt will be on the line.

The titles are not on the line, because if they were, Floyd Mayweather could be forced to take a low % of the purse as challenger.

Floyd wants the lion's share of the money, so I don't think he cares as much about the titles.
