WBO welterweight champion Timothy Bradley (29-0, 12KOs) has advised BoxingScene.com that he is certainly open to the idea of fighting former three division world champion Miguel Cotto (37-3, 30KOs).
Bradley is hoping to fight Manny Pacquiao in a rematch on November 10th. If Pacquiao decides to move in another direction, then Bradley will pursue a fight with WBC champion Floyd Mayweather Jr. If Bradley is unable to secure either fight, then he will accept the biggest opportunity possible.
Cintron was not a Top 10 154 pounder when Canelo faced him. He was coming of loses to Paul Williams and Carlos Molina and a less than impressive preformance against Antwon Smith.
Canelo's been in that division almost from the start and Cotto's has faced far better opponents.

He was ranked #1 when Molina faced him due to him beating Perro. He lost to Molina but was still ranked in the top 10. Also that Williams loss many people agreed that Cintron should of won....even you and many PRs said it. I agreed with you guys.
Cotto has not faced better opponents at 154. Quit being a nuthugger. Overall easily Cotto but not at that weight.
The 2 lists that I have found right now. Does not show Cintron as top 10
Cintron was not Top 10 he is just talking out of his you know what. After Cintron got badly outpointed by Molina he was dropped out of the Top 10 rankings.
Canelo has already faced more top 10 Super Welters than Cotto has.
....... riiiight according to wbc rankings you go by.You can tell Ryan Rhodes was a prime fighter. He retired after that fight with a nice check nice try.
