If Pac's last fight is after the JMM fight, Bob will allow Pac to fight Floyd. That's all there is to it. However if Bob pushes Pac to fight two more times, you best believe it will be Bradley II next year.

Is Canelo 39 years old or older ? Is he comming from a lighter wieght to challenge Floyd ? Is Canelo a shop worn fighter ? If the answer is no to all of the questions than don't expect a fight

Well, certainly not because Floyd is more popular or exciting as a fighter. Mainly cos Floyd dont fight much so its an event, whereas if you miss one of Pacs fights, you know Pac will fight again in 5 months time. Also cos people want to see Floyd get beat. Either reason, its nothing to boast about.

If that is the criteria, then Floyd can't fight any of the young guys.
On the same token, Floyd hasnt fought that many really good fighters so that possibly Canelo would be just about the best fighter Floyd has fought. Canelo certainly would put up as good a fight as anyone floyd has fougth. Sergio would be the best fighter Floyd has fought as well and he dont want it.

If this fight happens before Alvarez beats somebody, then it is Exhibit A of what's wrong with boxing.

Why should he have to face anyone good and risk being exposed? You gotta strike while the iron is hot

This IS an easy fight to make, but GBP needs to get Canelo off of that Similac first.

It makes money, regardless...well, now that I think about it, Canelo did just fight an able-bodied WW recently. We may actually be getting somewhere after all. LOL
