I think is a wise choice, Khan is starting from scratch and also needs to get his confidence back, he should take it easy for the next 3 fights and settle in to his new tactics

once he show signs of improvement and tight defense he should take a bigger fight..

Hmm, I guess it isnt a bad choice because he'll have a new trainer but he called Guzman a nobody and now is fighting this guy? :s

Hopefully he can win the fight then maybe take on Kell Brooke and get rematches with Garcia and Peterson.

Says all these names, making us think he's going to fight all these people... then fights Carlos Molina.
I guess I'm okay with it since everyone else he called out would have beaten him and he needs to get back on his feet after Garcia bodied the kid

I have problem with both. Khan didn't want no parts of Guzman because he "doesn't have a name". So Khan deserves to be thrown under the bus. And Brook has been too in another thread - turning down a title shot w/Bradley to fight Saldivia in an eliminator fight, sweating a Hatton fight:

This BS *sighs* - you must have been hit with some rock-filled pillows, and if not, then you should get hit with some.......

No, but two of them knocked him out, two chased him from pillar to post, and I don't know what was wrong with Judah. But this only strengthens the argument, about looking for pillow punchers, he's not looking for any rematches.

Will this fight be on the Cotto-Trout undercard?

Looks that way!! As for the fight, I really don't like Amir Khan but this is a sensible business decision. That's what boxing is these days: BUSINESS, it's not about legacies, it's not about being the best, it's not about taking the toughest fights, its about business. That's why Pacquiao is fighting Marquez for a 4th time and why Brook doesn't want any part of Bradley right now and why Amir Khan will be spoon fed opponents who have no chance of knocking him out until he is cashed out.
It's sad for people who love the sport but we shoot ourselves in the foot by continuing to support $h!t fights.
