Rewatched Mayweather VS Castillo 1, Never seen Floyd look so lost

If anything this settles that Floyd has more heart than Manny in the ring.

Floyd's interview claims that you are a warrior if you come into a fight with an injury, like Manny did.

Did you or others want to see evidence such as MRI photos, doctor's quote and so on to believe that Floyd even had an injury? Well that is what you all wanted to see the last few days for Manny.

Also, Floyd fought in the same year the 2nd fight with Castillo. About 7 months later. Are you Floyd fans su****ious now? Doesn't it take longer than that to recover and then train for such a fight?

He was throwing the right hand viciously throughout the fight, his corner made no mention of the shoulder in between rounds, he had his hands up and was fist pumping at the weigh in and he raised his hands after round 12 with no pain. Instead of admitting that he was outclassed by a guy with 2 injured hands and 2 sore shoulders, he went the punk route and blamed the pitiful display on a shoulder injury. That's an excuse.


That's why one will retire as an undefeated ATG that overcame adversity and the other will retire as #48 on the other ATGs record.

They gave Floyd, not the champ Castillo, all the close rounds where they both did little. Mostly at the start of the fight. If Castillo was a quick starter, Floyd would have been shout out! When the fight had action, it was mostly Castillo schooling Floyd.

If Floyd really felt that he won, there was no reason to bring up excuses from the beginning to the end of that interview with Larry Merchant .......... but Floyd did! So the reason is that he felt that he got schooled by Castillo and had to make that excuse.

Same goes with his fans ..... they used it as an excuse in this thread and others on why he looked so lost in the ring. Again, Floyd's rounds won were only because Castillo started slow. Once Castillo got going, Floyd was lost!
