Yes, in the case of FMJ-Pacquiao, yes. But idk what you mean by making every concession. What is he conceding in purse? What is he conceding in location? Does he want the fight in Argentina?

And no, training to 145 isn't the same. However, him going down only 1 lb from his previous fight doesn't look drained to me.
Exactly, in the Clottey fight Cotto trained to 147 & happened to weight 146. In the Pacman fight he could weight no more than 145. Huge difference.

Now as for Martinez. he has never weighted 160 for a middleweight fight. Do you know what that means?? Means that it is absolutely believable that when he says he can make 154, it might be true.

Cotto was forced to 145, Martinez offered to go to 154, also not the same.

And we havent seen Cotto dropped like that since Torres(where Cotto was weight drained) Cotto was being knocked down in the same fashion Dawson was vs Ward..

But hey, its all opinion anyway.. The facts are Pac beat his ass at a catchweight
Why not have it at 140, where Pac was fighting? Nobody knew if Pac could take a punch from a welter, Pac included. He hardly took any punches in the 1.5 years since he left SFW. It won't happen at 154 since Pac is done moving up, as of the Marg fight. You got a problem with him sticking to his 7th weight class?

Btw, Cotto was happy with 150 for the Marg rematch last year, and here's Cotto goading Pac into offering him 150, just earlier this year:

WBA junior middleweight champion Miguel Cotto is counting the numbers on the check. Puerto Rico's biggest star told Raul Alzaga that his final decision, regardi

So you say Cotto was drained training down from 147 to 145 (2 lbs) and weighing in 1 lb less than he did in his previous fight.

So going by your logic, Sergio training down from 160 to 154 (6 lbs) and weighing in possibly 5 lbs less than he did inhis previous fight, would he be drained????

Again, this is going by your Cotto was drained logic, which you've said on here a million times.

I think this fight can be easily made.

              Martinez wont mind being tested.
Martinez wont mind taking the short end of the split.
Martinez wont mind taking little to none of the PPV revenue and live gate.
No Arum to mess things up

Floyd literally holds every single card. If this fight is made they'll most likey just offer Martinez a flat fee that he will immediately accept ,there will also be a rematch clause and it will be in Vegas.

Boom fight done. Record the 24/7's.

I want to hear Floyds response.

So Cotto training down 2 lbs is drained, but Sergio training down 6 lbs isn't drained......okay. You and I both know that's a horrible double standard.

Chad said he'd mae 168 no problem and offered to go there, was he drained or affected in your "expert" opinion???

Alright, forget the location. He'll concede the purse and weight, drug testing, and probably anything else asked of him to get the fight made.

And going by your logic & since you like comparo's so much: B-Hop should have lost in his catchweight fight to Oscar cause he was drained.

Lets post the facts you're ignoring. Cotto was forced to 145. Martinez while never making 160 has repeatedly said he can make 154. Apples & oranges.
