Adrien Broner's potential in your opinion?(Worst and Best case scenario)

I cant see him being as good as Floyd. He has some natural talent but his work ethic was no where what Floyds was as a young fighter. Floyd didn't start really messing around until later in his career with his weight and in-between fight habits.

I see Broner being more of Judah career wise. A guy with all the talent in the world but who just cant get it together between the ears.

So for me worst case scenario I think he can have a Zab Judah type of career.

Best case scenario I think he could have a Miguel Cotto type of career where he takes a couple L's but is still a very good fighter with a good resume who could get in the hall of fame.

That Gamboa fight will tell us all we need to know about Broner.

I see him winning titles up to maybe 140 but he seems like a head case and trys to hard to be Floyd.I think he will have a great career(ala Kobe, but will never be Jordan)he won't make it to 40 plus wins undefeated cause i think he tries to hard to be something he is not and that will take away from his focus...Now the kid can achieve greatness but he needs to get his act together now and realize all he has to do is fight the best and win

His upside potential is unlimited. He has that type of talent.

Worst case scenario? I don't know yet. Not making weight against Escobedo is a sign of a lack of professionalism and makes you wonder if he is committed and disciplined enough to reach his full potential. But he is still very young and will mature as he gets older.

I think he can reach elite level and even be the next p4p cash cow if he stays winning. Yes his level of commitment came into question in his last fight not making weight nor even attempting to cut the extra pounds but he bigger then floyd was back then and he even bigger then what floyd is now. So its much harder for him to make weight and he just follow the general rule in boxing is be as big as you can in the smallest division you can be in, untill you reach where your supposed to be.

worse case scenario he can get derailed hard by someone and never be able to comeback,he be margarito in a Margarito vs mosley bout and he be margarito in the comeback and the aftermath. cause he goes in their thinking he can run over anybody but might not go his way one of these times.

I think he has potential but I'm not going to judge him until I see him against higher level opponents.

I want to see how he handles a good pressure fighter.

Worst case: he becomes a three-weight titlist (130,135,140)
Best case: he replaces Floyd as the loudmouth that everyone pays $$$ to see get his ass whupped.

The only way he could improve on Mayweather's career is by NOT retiring/going on vacation when there are still numerous viable opponents.
