No. Way. Cotto. Would. Take. This. Fight.

He can't win. And. He would get badly hurt. Two reasons it would never happen. Fantasy fight.

Cotto vs. Trout is going to be really competitive. I see Cotto winning a close decision but then Canelo knocks him out. Saul is the real deal. That man punches hard. I just hope he doesn't end up fighting Maidana. very dissapointing.

I would much rather see Miguel fight "Canelo." I think it's a likelier fight anyway. I have Cotto in that match-up, but I would give Alvarez tremendous credit if he managed to win.

I think the Canelo fight is more likely to happen first, than Martinez later.

That fight would end Cotto's career

Would your boy Canelo have the balls to fight Martinez?

first off he not my boy and given how he wont even fight 154 pounder, I doubt he fights a 160 fighter, So I will say no. but all that doesnt change the fact that cotto will quit in a fight against Martinez.

At 154 I think it would be a great opportunity for Cotto, Cotto really doesn't have a signature win he has a bunch of nice wins but Sergio even if he handles dropping badly would still be a marquee win. Now it is risky because maybe Sergio is still a good representation of himself at 154 but I think chances favor a decline that makes the fight much more winnable for Cotto. At 160 Cotto would gets smoked and if it is between Cotto likely does poorly at anything north of 157.

I still think Sergio gets left out in the cold though, I think Cotto will fight Canelo and if Floyd fights it is likely the big fight.

Hell the guy wouldn't even look at Sergio in the Street or shake his hand.

Trout beats him but Cotto likely gets a gift decision then Canelo knocks Cotto into retirement.

He will not go within a thousand miles of Sergio Martinez.
