Who is the deadliest finisher in the sport?

Joe Louis,Sugar Ray Robinson and Sugar Ray Leonard are the best finishers Ive seen on film.

Right now though,I dont think there are any great finishers in the sport. I cant think of any.

Whoever said Chris Eubank,I agree. Eubank certainly reminded me of the likes of Louis,Robinson and Leonard in 1989 because when he had a man in trouble Eubank had a finishing instinct to end the fight. The question we all asked was,could he step up and do the same at world class level? He then stopped Benn and Watson. If it wasnt for the Watson tragedy,Eubank could of won everything and stopped everybody,I really believe that. But Eubank didnt have the sting in his punch after the Watson tragedy,and in almost every fight for the rest of his career he had his opponent really hurt only to back off and allow them to recover!

yep i was the guy who said eubank....i remember the warton fight where he finished warton off brilliantly...benn was always a one punch KO type guy whereas Eubank the master finisher.

However like i said be4 - the way RJJ finished pazienza i have neva seen anything better.

Another excellent finisher was of course tyson...also agree with person who said corrales....prince naseem was also an awesome finsiher of fights...

i remember the warton fight where he finished warton off brilliantly

He had Wharton on unsteady feet a number of times with his quality shots, but preferred to stop and ask the referee to consider stopping it rather than taking the decision out of the referee's hands and stopping it himself. So he didn't finish Wharton. That was a sizzling performance from Chris though from what I remember, counter-punching clinic of accurate punches.

Mayweather is a guy who gets KO's but not from one big punch or a combination but from a cumulative effect. Plus, he wasn't able to put away guys like Corley and Sosa but he has done a pretty good job in his last two fights. So I'd personally not choose Mayweather but I do agree that his power is better than advertised
