Khan does have a bad chin, but offensively he is great to watch!!

tighten up the defense, but even the greatest get hit by hard shots from time to time. Can Khan take it? The shots he took from Maidana were rock solid though

You say that but Khan was not knocked out against Garcia. The ref just thought enough was enough but he was still on his feet. Everyone takes a shot differently.

The ref saved him from getting knocked out cold!

Maidana was off balance with the hardest shots he landed, because Khan moved away enough to take some steam off of the punches. He was lunging in, not sitting down on his punches. We all know what happens to fighters when Maidana throws a right hand that he sits on.

I'm just going by recent fights. The past is the past. Things could change. Post Prescott, he has mostly been fine. While he was in trouble with Maidana, he was never dropped. And there's nothing abnormal about being hurt by Maidana. The thing that has me skeptical is that in the fifth round of the Garcia fight, he took a monstrous bomb perfectly right on the chin and Khan wasn't wobbled. If there was ever a punch that would have broken a china chin, it would have been that punch.

It can't be a good spot to get hit. And maybe if Khan hadn't been rocked all those other times, you might have an argument.

He just doesn't take a hard punch very well.
