I completely understand Ward's position. Dirrell should have ONE high profile fight to refresh people's memory then fight Ward. Only person I see beating Ward is Dirrell. I think Kelly need's a couple good fights to justify him getting a shot at Ward. Oh and Dirrell absolutely smashed Froch too. Please stop bringing him up. He wouldn't have been on his knees praying if he thought he really won!!

Dirrell aint done shyt n looks to be wasting his career away for no damn good reason. He is a mental midget in my eyes. He folded against froch n abraham. Both fights where he outclassed the opponent early but mentally folded giving away rds. late.

There is no reason for his lack of activity.

Dirrell gotta get active and it has to be against some TOP FIGHTERS before getting a match up with Ward

Dirrell is capable of beating Froch (again) and really could beat just about anybody at 168

It shouldn't be hard for him to do, but we'll see

Ward has earned the right to look for big money fights over "legacy" fights

That's the only fight i'm interested in at 168 for Ward. If not Dirrell then just move up to 175. Ward vs Pavlik is okay for him, just to add a name and some easy money to his bank account. 175 got some interesting matchups for Ward like Pascal, Campillo, Cloud and a Dawson rematch.

Dirrell still fighting? Thought he made boxing a part-time gig after his acting career took off?

Could possibly be a great fight, but doubt Ward takes as many chances as he
                  did against Dawson.

It does not really matter who Ward chooses at this point. No matter who he chooses, the fighter will be considered undeserving. The reason is he cleaned out all the deserving ones already. Ward is not in a good position. He has no choice now, but to either fight someone undeserving at 168 or 175.

He will get flack for fighting anyone now. Maybe in the next year or so we will see some other potential fighters come up. For now though he can pick and choose some at least name fighters to make some money. He has earned it. He has fought everyone who matters already.

I'm fine with Adonis Stevenson, Kelly Pavlik, Edwin Rodriguez until Dirrell and Froch-Bute gets sorted out.
