Proksa is more than credible. Proksa would give problems to pretty much any top middleweight. Golovkin destroyed him.

even with biased judges and a paid off ref Sturm hasn't got a hope in hell against GGG, I'd wager he knows it too

Why fight someone coming of a loss though at this stage?

Get Gaele in that ring, that's the fight that makes all the sense in the world.

Get Geale in the ring? How? His doesn't have any desire to get KO'ed now when he has two belts. His promoter said in public that Golovkin is a monster and they better fight someone they can a chance to win.

I'm not sure what Gennady had to gain from a fight with Sturm? Sturm is one of the most overrated and protected fighters out there right now and besides Proska was a far more dangerous/worth opponent than Sturm could ever hope to be.

I honestly don't see Sturm or his people taking this fight and to that extent I don't see Geale taking a fight with GGG either. The dude has devastating power and good boxing skills to boot.

I'd love nothing more than to see GGG take on a big name fighter but I don't see anyone giving him a shot. Every marquee name is going to avoid GGG like the plague.

Golovkin isn't going to get a fight with Martinez or even Chavez Jr. in 2013 because one will be suspended and the other will be out with injuries and then wait for the other's suspension to be lifted so that they can engage in a useless farce of a rematch.

In lieu of a huge fight I guess I wouldn't mind a Sturm or Gaele fight but what do those fights really do for GGG? In my opinion they are steps backwards not forward. I just hope GGG fights continue to be televised on HBO or Showtime.

Personally....I know it won't happen but I'd love to see GGG take on Ward.

Golovkin is the mandatory, so Geale will either choose to fight right away, maybe sign a contractual agreement to fight Golovkin after defending his IBF belt, or he drops the WBA belt. We will see what happens.

Golovkin should focus on Geale first. If he can't get Geale then he can go whoop Sturm in germany for a big payday.

To get Geale in the ring, he'll probably have to fight in Australia and take a small purse. It'll be worth in the long run.

Sturm doesn't fight punchers. He's not fighting Golovkin. He will wait around for a belt to become vacant and he can lure a second-rate opponent to Germany for a vacant title. Golovkin should fight somebody like Macklin, Barker or Murray as a stay-busy opponent until a fight with Geale or Pirog becomes available

ever since golovkin arrived on the scene the rest of the division instantly turned into an army of floyd mayweathers looking for shelter and easy opponents to take advantage of.
