to me khan is an avg fighter, not great, just avg....you do need a chin,he's kind of fast but i also question his stamina a little,i just don't think he's as good as people think, actually it's khan who thinks he's good(he still does,amazingly....i don't think anybody but khan himself believes the hype

This and Khan and Team Khan giving no credit to Garcia for his win putting it down to a "Lucky Shot". Angel Garcia called it right BEFORE the Khan fight saying that Khan would be making excuses after the fight when he had lost. Right now the spin coming out of team Khan to explain the loss is it was a lucky shot and Freddie Roach was not giving him the attention he needed. Nothing about giving credit to Danny Garcia.

RJJ's was OK BEFORE he went up to heavyweight but when he dropped weight he was not the same and that was the price he paid for climbing that mountain.

True you dont have to have a great chin to be a great fighter. God made us different, with all different strenghths and weakness so you do the best with what you have.

Being a great fighter dont rest on your chin. You can win fights, like khan has with his chin. RJJ didnt have a great chin but his physical attributes saved him from taking too many and RJJ was considered a great fighter.

Khan is a very good fighter, rather than great, but he can become great even with the same old presscot and garcia fight chin.
He will make the step over to being great when he beats so called great fighters like Floyd, rather than Mallignagis and over the hill barreras.

What im try to say is if you have a 20 stone man against a 7 stone man, and the 7 stone man beats the 20 stone man, its cos the 7 stone man is a better fighter.
He may have a weaker chin and may be killed if the 20 stone man lands but are you going to have the cheek and the blinkerness to say the 7 stone man isnt a better or greater fighter?

Many great fighters have been koed by great punches from Duran to Lennox Lewis, it happens. In khans case it happened twice as it did for lennox.

True but you better have world class defense and reactions to prevent getting nailed on a regular basis.
I don't think Khan's chin is that bad. He seems to be able to see shotos that he sees coming but it is the ones he does not see that knock him out.

True, many things make a great fighter and not just chin. Just like you cant say someone is a great fighter just cos they have a great chin but nothing else, it would be wrong to say that as well.

Wladimir is another one who people take the mickey out of but few would argue that he isnt a great fighter. Haye has a dodgy chin as well and he is considered a very good fighter as well.

But people question Lennox lewis chin.....andhe was great. People question Wlads chin........but he is arguably great, the best now anyway.

Lennox lost to mcoll and that american Rahman as well but few would argue he is better than them.
Khan is better than Garcia i dont care he got ko'ed by Garcia.
