Hamed was a fan of Bruce Lee when he was a kid, before he even started boxing.

Nigel Benn too. Nige used to try to copy Bruce Lee's moves when he was a youngster.

He's insanely quick though I think that's the reason he was so good at what he did. He could teach his moves to someone else and if they weighed 200+ lbs, they ain't getting the same results as Mr. like 120lb Bruce lee who can move quick as a f**k.

Kostya Tszyu says that Bruce Lee was his hero. Kostyas father knew Bruce Lees tricks on how to speeden up your reflexes and told them to Kostya,I think it was punching a newspaper held up but pulling your arm back as fast as poss and trying to rip the paper and also something with coins,catching coins in the back of your hand or something like that. I think Kostya is making a fitness video with this stuff on.

It might sound strange, but as for pure hand speed, i being really impressed with Joe Frazier, in the documentry The Fighters, before he goes out to fight Ali, he is being interviewed in his dressing room.

He is pissed off and throwing combonations with just his wraps on. His hands were ****ing fast. That with his size, it was kinda scary.

I think alot of boxers without their gloves on have extremelty fast hands.

Another reason why those that say Bruce would lose to alot of people are full of ****. And thats in a friggin suit which makes him slower and in 1964 which was not his physical prime.
