You also mentioned Haye's legacy and I have to ask what exactly is his legacy? That he fights only fighters that retire after the fight, do you really think that is a worthy legacy? As far as Fury is concerned I only mentioned him because he was calling Haye out so lets forget about him. But I have to ask why does Haye have an aversion to staying busy? And what about fighting other top ten fighters who are in their prime? What if Viatli decides to retire tomorrow should Haye just go ahead and retire with him while he is still in his prime, what kind of legacy is that? Oh, I almost forgot, with Haye it's really all about doing business.
Haye doesn't do legacy, he does business.

He did well as a cruiserweight and has a good resume until he stepped up to heavyweight. It was a business decision to pick up an easy belt off Valuev and basically cashed out in a very tentative and dull fight against Wlad.

I was a Haye fan up until his true colours shone through.

He doesn't care about fighting regularly against top contenders to establish his name and earn his way to a belt - he'd rather talk for it. Fact is, Haye is a good heavyweight ( unproven ) who could bring some really entertaining fights to the division. But he won't, he'll deny us fans that and fob us off with fights like Harrison. I know you didn't mention Fury-Chisora but what I'm saying is that Fury is on the same level with Chisora, if not lower.

I wouldn't be surprised if Haye never fights again, he's just keeping his name relevant in case Wlad or Vitali offer him a fight.

He got caught when squared up as a prospect.
If you are going to play that way though, a guy who got floored by the light-hitting career light heavyweight Lolonga Mock, floored by Mormeck and sonned by a 40yr old Carl Thompson does not belong in the same ring as Fury.

A prospect it was only a couple of fights ago. LOL

I believe I had the wrong impression of you and the only thing I can possibly do is agree with you. Because in my opinion what you have said is a pretty accurate assessment of Haye's career.

This is what I'm trying to tell people, Fury hasn't improved that much. He's still such a flawed fighter that when his opposition increases just a little bit, you'll see just how poor he is.

Wow there are some real clowns weighing in on this one. The fact that David Haye badly let himself down against a HOF heavyweight after talking a lot of trash does not change the fact that he has skills..
He has achieved most of what he wanted to achieve and now only wants to fight again for big money (like the £3m he was paid to knock Chisora out)
LOL at the morons who think he would be getting anywhere near that figure to fight on Channel 5 against Tyson Fury!!!!!
IF Fury fought David Price and handled him comprehensively then he could maybe start talking about Haye. But let's be honest Price knocks him out and Haye schools and hurts him bad.
Judge fighters on skills, not attitdue. Fury has none, Haye has some. It's the same hate that Mayweather gets for being a nob despite being one of the best defensive fighters of all time.

Yes Fury vs Haye is what i want. I want to see if Fury can take Hayes best punches as im fed up with people not being able to last the distance with Haye.

Of course i want to see how well hayes chin reacts to a decent brits artillery as well. I want to see how well Fury copes or doesnt cope with haye which then can help me assess how Fury would do against Wlad or vit.

Haye makes Tyson Fury knock himself out with a vicious upppercut.

Fury is nothing special himself but he would take out Audley faster than Haye did because he wouldn't be afraid of getting hit himself.

So if Haye can fight Harrison you certainly cannot disqualify Fury as an opponent as he is a much better fighter and much bigger threat to Haye.

No matter what you THINK of Haye, just because the Wlad fight was a stinker DOESN'T invalidate his skills.

Absolutely he took a straight, measured path to the heavyweight title but who actually thinks FURY even stands a chance? Haye'$ name means money in the UK and Fury is taking that next.

Haye stands NOTHING to gain fighting this slow, telegraphing punching, lummox. This would make his "haters" inflammed even more.

The only fighter/fight that Haye should fight next to Vitali is against ARREOLA. Now you're talking about a real fight.

Fury is just trying to make headlines.
