More attention should be paid to the guy who runs the NSAC, Keith Kizer...

Kizer apparently believes that athletes competing in combat sports have a right to use testosterone, a clear performance-enhancing drug that is used especially to maintain strength when fighters rehydrate after heavy weight-loss, but the use of marijuana is basically evil.

Basically, he seems to be some kind of warped, right-wing fruitcake with political connections. He recently tried to argue in court that marijuana IS a performance-enhancing drug, but has stated repeatedly that testosterone (as long as it is used in combat sports) is not...
