Too small, even the styles would hurt him.

Margarito @ 150? Marquez would never be able to discourage his attacks, a bigger, stronger, harder hitting and better stamina Juan Diaz and being attacked from above his harder.

Cotto has the great jab which would take the play totally away from Marquez, honestly Marquez is a guy who has been seriously rocked by the likes of Katsidis @ 135, he wouldn't survive if Cotto dropped him with a left hook.

Clottey would also walk him down, he wouldn't give Marquez much to counter and imo.. He would come out of his shell because Marquez doesn't have Pac's power or speed to make him apprehensive.

But Marquez could beat Pacquiao.

Mosley is another one I think would probably beat Marquez.

Marquez and Pacquiao are both great and Marquez may look to have the edge when they face eachother but Pacquiao has been far more dominant vs other fighters than Marquez. That needs to be taken into account!
