Canelo has been wanting to fight the big dogs for 2 years now. The 22 year old has balls. I believe he is ready for Cotto. If he beats Cotto, bring on Floyd.

You're saying that Canelo beat the guy that Floyd beat, after Floyd concussed the poor man and somehow now a=z and he has what it takes, by beating Josesito, to beat Floyd? Any way, talking about pantalones, Canelo is the one fighting small and old guys. When is he going to step up? Don't say he's calling out Floyd, there are plenty of 154 pounders besides Floyd.

I feel like Canelo chose his words very wisely. He knows he would get bashed if he had anything negative to say. AT least Chavez has stepped up in competition, something Canelo hasn't done.

How would Canelo beat Cotto? I think everyone isn't giving Cotto enough credit. Canelo is overrated as hell right now.

You probably didn't see my post earlier, but here is my prediction of Cotto v. Canelo and how he will win...enjoy.

Cotto will control the first rounds with boxing and movement. As the fight progresses, Canelo's body shots will begin to take a toll. Canelo will start breaking down Cotto imposing his size and strength. By the late rounds Canelo will catch Cotto with head to body to head combo's and win via TKO.

I'd like to see Canelo fight Cotto and Mayweather. Cotto gave Mayweather a good fight and I seem to remember an over-the-hill Mosley buckling Floyd's legs for a moment. He was taken apart after that but still, it happened. Would like to see how Mayweather would hold up to a young, hard-hitting Canelo hitting him like that. I don't like Floyd, but I have a lot of respect for his talent. He would be an incredible challenge for Canelo. I think he's losing a step though.

I like seeing these young fighters everyone says are no good, protected, or are afraid of so-and-so stepping up and taking on tough competition. Good for Chavez too. Yeah he lost and was pretty much dominated but that first loss is the toughest one. I think we'll see a different Chavez now that it's out of the way. I look forward to seeing how Canelo and Chavez's careers pan out. Not to mention the other young, hungry fighters out there. They are what keeps the sport exciting instead of stalemating once these older fighters get rich and don't want to fight anyone that is a danger to their legacy & titles.

I also have no problem with fighters from this country, or that country, being supportive of their nationalities and countries. I think it's great when you see them waving their flags and cheering on their fighter. Makes for an exciting atmosphere. If none of this post makes any sense, blame it on the vicodin my doc gave me for my toothache haha.

Well it's not like he has any room to criticize, considering his recent string of opposition.

Even if he did throw a jab, Chavez would eat that shit up, the proof is in your sig
