Canelo knocked out a Jr Welter, and he looked good doing it, but how in the world he goes from Josesito to Floyd is a mystery to me. Floyd may be on the wrong side of thirty, but he still out boxes any version of Alvarez. Theres only one, Canelo is flat footed, a plodder, a bully, using his size and the WBC to abuse old and little fighters.

Floyd Will Never Fight Canelo OR Pacquiao; That's Why He Left 50!

50 found out Floyd is all about profiling and image control; all smoke and mirrors to fight Manny, which is why 50 is out. Canelo looked waaaaaaay to dangerous this weekend for Floyd so that's not happening. He has his hands full with a 36 year old Cotto, getting nose pounded and bloodied. No way he tangles with Canelo who resembled a 19 year old Mike Tyson. So Floyd has been out of jail how long, time to buy more cars, but isn't talking about any fights. He realizes nobody wants to see him fight anyone but Canelo and Pacquiao, and he wants neither of them. That's a problem. Watch him take an under sized, one dimensional Robert Guerrero for another strategically picked safe route to the bank.

Seriously? He's a good fighter but that pillow puncher should strap up and challenge Lamont Peterson for the "Tempur-pedic Glove" championship.

            Canelo would obliterate Bradley.

Canelo destroyed the guy (Lopez) that destroyed Ortiz, who was also beaten by Floyd, as Floyd chose the loser to fight as opposed to Maidana, who knocked out Ortiz. So that's how you get Canelo to Floyd. You think Canelo is just some "plodder"? LOL we'll see if Floyd sees it that way and jumps immediately to fight a "plodder" like Canelo. I think you'll find Floyd is still a Junior, and still hasn't grown a set of ballz, and no way in hell will he risk a fight with a "plodder" like Canelo. Lil' Floyd made Cotto and Mosley wait more than 10 years to fight him, as they were both too dangerous in their prime. Also why Lil' Floyd has made Pacquiao wait more than 4 years now, hoping Manny has took many other wars, and becomes less dangerous and risky to his hand picked "0". Floyd is not grown from the same stock as legends Leonard, Hagler, Hearns, Duran and Arguello came from.

Why does everybody say Canelo, Cotto and Floyd will DESTROY...etc. That is not true at all. Realistic outcomes are as follows:

                    Cotto v. Canelo
Cotto will control the first rounds with boxing and movement. As the fight progresses, Canelo's body shots will begin to take a toll. Canelo will start breaking down Cotto imposing his size and strength. By the late rounds Canelo will catch Cotto with head to body to head combo's and win via TKO.

                    Mayweather v. Canelo
Canelo's defense is shaking, specifically absorbing punches right down the pipe. Mayweather will use his speed and straight right hands all day long. He will box circles around Canelo. Stick and move will be the game plan for Mayweather and Canelo won't be able to keep up with his speed or pace. Only chance Canelo has is landing that beast-like hook. Floyd wins by UD.

I am a Canelo fan, but a boxing realist first.

                      Amen.

He probably didn't mention Martinez to avoid any questions about a potential matchup; can't let Martinez destroy two cash-cow paper champs.
