I'd rather see Judah-Peterson at 140 anyway, and Provonikov isn't an elite or top fighter, plus he's at 140. Provonikov should fight fight the Herrera-Mayfield winner.

I'd like Bradley to fight Floyd, but Floyd isn't fighting anytime soon. Guerrero would be good but I doubt TR and GBP work together for that.

Because Arum likes to make grand plans that get press but have like no chance of coming off, then gets real after those grand plans don't come off.

He very rarely gets called on it though, so to him no harm no foul.
