Let's take a look back at how 50 Cent built his name, starting beef with other rappers, basically building his name up off other more famous entertainer's names. Could it be possible he used Floyd to gain exposure on 24/7, get next to boxing insiders and learn who the major players are? I would not be surprised, this "friendship" always seemed not quite authentic to me.

Because Maynever thinks he'll be brutalized by Paq. What else? That's why the inconsistencies are there between Maynever and his fanboys. His fanboys say Paq is actually a weak, unskilled fighter. But Floyd disagrees. He has to demand the most stringent testing that was ever demanded in the sport's history to a weak fighter. Im kind of leaning towards the same type of theory, but according to most pact@rds here, this theory is nothing but damage control. Myself, and I assume most other credible fans on this site, thought that there would be some sheisty dealings happening between 50, manny, and floyd. time will tell...

I think you're overestimating Floyd's business sense to think all of this is a ploy. Maybe down the line Floyd will get his head out of his ass and the fight happens, but I can't believe Floyd is smart enough to pull off some genius move where Pac and 50 want to start a company together and he appears angry, only to make the fight later on.

We were discussing this yesterday. I think you're confused here. It seems like The Money Team and TMT ARE NOT the same company. TMT might stand for The Money Team but it's not called The Money Team...
