Really the disturbing thing in all this is the balance of power implications. If Floyd, 50, and Manny could muscle a move like the one conspiracy theorists are discussing, what is to stop them from manipulating things even further? A fixed first match draw? To be fair it was the first "good" news that the Manny diehards have gotten in like 12 months. I was not surprised in the least when NSB erupted into a giant circle jerk .

Well best of luck to all of them...hopefully they all be successful and who knows maybe they will come together and put their fighters against each other in the Future which would be great for boxing and great for the Boxers more importantly

Mayweather has the NAME so he can be a very successful Promotion on his OWN but he has to be 100% Committed to it, you can't only have your fighters fight..WHEN YOU FIGHT...people like Gamboa and Dirrell will need to Headline and Mainevent Cards as well

but he was at Ishe Smith and J'Leon Love fights live so maybe he is starting to take things a little more serious with his Promotion Company but he has to get LICENSED to at least show that he is SERIOUS!

I honestly cannot under any circumstances see Floyd being weary of Manny, as Floyd is a fighter himself. There is something else that is not being told. Maybe Floyd just is not in the mood to fight right now.

Manny is starting to fade and is not as much as a threat he was a couple years ago. Maybe Floyd is realizing he is slipping now also. Neither are spring chickens anymore.

When Manny and Floyd are gone, the sport will slip further from the public's eye.
