It is a matter of consistency just like you said. Because ginger consistently fights fighters moving up, as low as lightweight. While ginger is supposed to be better than K-9 & lets not forget that K-9 actually tried to fight him.

Anyway at this stage of Berto's career he's better than Hatton, Mosley, Cintron, Gomez all moving up. Plus he's actually biggest of the bunch. Me personally really could care less what K-9 does, but comparing him to ginger?? That's almost laughable.
