The problem is the same problem that any cash money enterprise has to deal with: the amount of money is known to the IRS and to anyone else who wants to know. Promotions and charity work can be used but the government can document virtually every penny...for example, my friend the pizza man told me that the government knows how many pizzas he can produce because they have figured out how many pies can be made per each sac of flour....sure maybe you can try to make a super thin crust and get a few more but everyone knows how much money is coming in. That's why so many cash earners go broke. That's also why promoters....live or hate em have to be very smart MFS!

For example: lets compare Don king with Mr cents....one guy is a rapper with some success, some alleged (undocumented) street creed and a whole lot of bravado. The other guy was a numbers runner who survived a dust up with the most notorious gangster in clevelands history, killed at least two people and had a stint in the pen. No wonder king was a success and Curtis was a chuckle!

Can't believe the "50 fucked Miss Jackson" rumor is gaining traction lol. "Floyd don't need 50", you're right, because Floyd is already dependent upon GBP/Haymon/Ellerbe to keep his career going.

All I know is, this whole situation is FUCKED up for the fighters who took the risk. Another way Mayweather shows his instability/insecurity, he's just as bad as the average fighter that says "I gotta talk with my manager/promoter". Inside of the ring, he's one of the most cerebral fighters. His positive in-ring qualities don't seem to translate outside of the ring.

If TMT was incorporated in Nevada, there is no problem in the state because there is no corporation income tax. It is the IRS, the federal govnt that makes it harder for them.

TMT is a register LLC to Mayweather Promotions. TMT was register back in 2011. Maybe 50 is not going to continue with the venture, however the entity probably will continue.

****ing idiot got no clue...do you even understand what a tax is? tmt promotions has not even earned a single centavo and yet you're already talking about not paying taxes for five years. and tmt or any business that floyd or 50 will put up is separate and distinct to their individual tax obligation.
